      Avantages

      It felt rewarding to work as a team with my coworkers, and to be helpful to customers. Having a discount was also really nice.

      Inconvénients

      The building was fairly dirty and the customers were sometimes less than human. I had to wear a mask because of my dust allergy and I wish they had a better standard for cleanliness in the building I worked at, but what can you do?

      Avantages

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
