      PTO is accrued rapidly as a manager

      Inconvénients

      Required to work 45 hours a week minimum as a manager Very poor work life balance. Lots of PTO but no time to use it.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
