      Great working with individuals with disabilities obtain employment. Feels great to contribute in that manner

      Inconvénients

      Job Development is a thankless job sometimes and those you place aren't always so grateful after all the work you've put into helping OR they are very picky about the type of job they want and haven't worked in 4 years or more

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
