      Avantages

      Autonomy, working with a variety of individuals and training programs. There are no two days the same. There is the ability to be creative and develop programs to fit the population served.

      Inconvénients

      There is much to coordinate and often not enough time to accomplish everything that is needed. There are limited resources available.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
