      Avantages

      Lax management, entertaining customers, some downtime on slow days

      Inconvénients

      Possibility of you being higher qualified to be a manager as your current manager despite the fact that you're 17. Also, sometimes corporate policy prevents the store from making more money than it is currently. Other stuff that is a con is situational store by store.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
