      Helping the community Working in resale of usable items.

      Inconvénients

      They will not pay you enough based on experience. You will get pushed to work harder and faster and then get no acknowledgement when you meet sales goals. The 'bonuses' are a joke. Incompetent management.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
