      The stated intent of helping people who can not do for themselves as the rest of take for granted

      Inconvénients

      Tremendous overstatement of ignorance in basic business affairs. Emotions govern the daily running of the Service Centers and not business acumen.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
