      they help the community give second chances to people they give jobs to people with disability's

      Inconvénients

      low pay don't like to promote instore. you get promoted and get moved to another store work almost every weekend they show favoritism

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
