Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Great Management, Wonderful manager where I worked. I received two raises in the course of a year and a half, based on my work performance-they really cared about and respected the employees who deserved it. They also dealt with problems efficiently, and listened to employee concerns.
Inconvénients
Perhaps a little too much expectation with some of the work, and some volunteers should have been screened a little more carefully(some were convicted felons doing community service, and we would only find out until after we had started working with them.)
