      Awesome discount on items that are already cheap Depending on your store the managers can be very flexible with days off

      Inconvénients

      There are many people there who don't pull their own weight Management can be out of touch with production goals and won't be receptive to new ideas

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
