      Not traditional retail, every changing pace, able to be creative with merchandising.

      Inconvénients

      No internal growth, getting training and development depends on who your supervisor is, not enough support from regionals.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
