      Peers and employees very committed to their jobs and helping others.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management "rules by fear". Treat employees badly. Pay is low. HUGE turnover due to poor morale and unrealistic expectations.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
