      There are few opportunities to advance outside of project based work, limited technological advances in the past decade and a highly unsuccessful fundraising arm that limits all the work that is donw

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
