      Avantages

      There aren't any, you can't buy anything from the store. If you are a cashier the systems are very outdated and difficult to use, and I worked in a newer store.

      Inconvénients

      Strict policies, lots of dust, short breaks. If you close you don't get to leave until released. If you work back you handle dirty clothes and items often.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
