      Avantages

      Small company feel even though growth is moving fast. Still very laid back and not corporate.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on the department you are working in, there may be no where for you to go upwards. A lot of the VP and Directors have been here a really long time with no plans on leaving.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
