      Free food occasionally. Finding some good deals on merchandise.

      Inconvénients

      Unfair and petty management. Hard work with high expectations of output. Really, really low pay.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
