Great opportunity - Avis employé Case Manager GoalPoint Behavior Group

I truly enjoyed my time working at GoalPoint! From the start of my career there I was given growth opportunities which in turn encouraged me to apply to grad school in ABA. I have watched GoalPoint grow throughout my time and it’s great to see RBTs are able to work full-time in clinic, even if they are not scheduled with a client! It’s one of the only companies I’ve seen do this. Policies and protocols might change at times but it’s part of a growing business and it’s for the benefit of the employee. If I ever had concerns, they were followed up by my supervisor, whether it was clinical or administrative. The atmosphere of the Warner Robins location is very positive and made coming to work fun. Morale committee works hard to keep spirits high and there are always little events planned during each month. I’m very thankful for my time there and the great relationships I built!

The schedule might be a little tight at times but it’s part of working at an ABA clinic and management works hard to avoid this.

Working with children who have autism takes a special heart and the work you do with the kids is amazing and uplifting.

Not all of the staff were very supportive and management did not have much sympathy towards extenuating personal circumstances.
