      Avantages

      The culture is pretty fantastic. Even though most people are remote, they really work hard to be inclusive. My team definitely felt like family.

      Inconvénients

      There were a lot of changes when I was there. For some, it was par for the course. For others, it felt like chaos.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
