      - Possibility to work remotely - Great team, helpful teammates - 4 days extra PTO per year (yet...)

      Inconvénients

      - Salary is way below the average - Chaos management everywhere, it feels that the upper management is constantly in panic mode - Terrible people management culture (it's highly recommended to be your boss's friend). - No clear vision of the future

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
