      Flexible work arrangements. "unlimited" vacation for new hires. Decent training. Good tools to assist working from hime. Good products that you can be proud of.

      Inconvénients

      Owned by private equity firm causing unsteadiness. Global offices sometimes don't support you timezone for info exchange.

      Firstly, thank you for your service to GoTo for the last 10+ years, and for touching upon a few of our benefits. We agree, there’s lots to be proud of.       Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
