The CEO quit, the Product VP of UCC left. A lot of US employees were laid off, replaced by off-short counterparts.

Inconvénients

The hedge fund owner is trying everything to get their money back. They don't care about employees, they only care about dollar.

Inconvénients

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
