      Avantages

      Lots of great people trying to do the right thing for both customers and employees

      Inconvénients

      For a company of its size they are very segmented. Corporate/HQ rules the roost, seemingly with little regard for remote employees (pre-pandemic where all are now remote). At least on the collaboration/web conferencing side of the business, seemed oblivious to the very dynamic and competitive environment. Slow to react to tech, product and marketing changes and lost a ton of market share as a result.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
