      - Excellent équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée (vacances illimitées, horaires de travail flexibles, FMH, journées d'auto-soins le premier vendredi de chaque mois) - Le travail est plein de défis et offre de nombreuses opportunités d'apprentissage et de croissance. - Bons avantages (assurance maladie à 80%, cotisations REER, Bonus, etc.)

      Inconvénients

      - Grande entreprise bureaucratique, les choses se passent généralement très lentement - Source de code et frameworks très compliqués - La direction intermédiaire est souvent perdue et désorganisée

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
