Avantages
Great products and the ability to work from home, ability to make a lot of money (provided you overachieve - no commission cap), great benefits, people are nice, comp plan is good. The CEO and other C-levels have been personable and approachable when I have met them at P-Club and other company events.
Inconvénients
Consistent/annual changes in territory/accounts and business units, making it a challenge to adjust and establish a thriving book of business; Going private and changing the company direction suggests more change and uncertainly for 2021. Changing processes/policies, job responsibilities, employee turnover, lack of resources, complex comp plans for sales that are hard to understand unless you wrote them. **This may seem trivial, but it's nearly impossible to get swag for customers or employees, and when you see other tech companies giving it away so freely... makes LMI seem cheap.**
