      - Great environment - Lots of opportunity for career growth/guidance

      Inconvénients

      - too many snacks to choose from in the kitchen ;) - seriously though, no major cons from my personal experience

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
