      not busy at all gym in the building

      Inconvénients

      unreal micromanagement no adequate training at the end is a call center culture and values are not respected also do not trust them if they say it is easy to reach the targets and you have to be worried just on overachievements

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
