Avantages

This office can be a second home to you if you wish (dog friendly, bike friendly, showers, food, drinks, gym, events...) Still team spirit is very strong and supportive of work life balance. Flexibility is a main value, all engineering teams and support teams are proud to be in their professions and exceed in them. I see it as a solution focused and supportive culture.

Inconvénients

LogMeIn has changed a lot in this 4,5 years that I work here. Tech and start-up culture is still there, due to growth the corporate tendencies are arising strongly, still, one of the best global companies to work for

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Inconvénients

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
