      Avantages

      I love it since it's where I start my career. Excellent teammates and solid product to work with. The work pace has also been kind of chill since the merger.

      Inconvénients

      We were spent time exploring new growth opportunity, but none of them seems worked very well. There aren't many challenges to tackle for our CX team, due to the changes among the leadership team. We need a clear vision as a team.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
