      Avantages

      The pay is very fair, the benefits are great, and office is super cool, and the culture is very flexible. From hours, to days worked from home, we can create our own schedules. The work is challenging and each employee is empowered to make decisions on their own.

      Inconvénients

      The career paths for individual contributors aren't clear - but I know that they're working on this - we just has a presentation from HR about it.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
