      Avantages

      Can't think of many - the benefits were decent

      Inconvénients

      No structure in place for anything. In a laboratory where things are so regulated, employees were always being told by the owner to cut corners and do things that were unethical in order to save money. Seemed like it was just a shady place in general.

      the colleagues are nice. That is the only I can say

      Overtime work with no pay. They are only interested in quick dollar. R&D sounds like a joke
