      The management here are people first, ensuring you are feeling fulfilled, satisfied, challenged and supported. You are also able to learn and diversify/strengthen your skills as there are many talented teammates to mentor you.

      Inconvénients

      Only downside would be sometimes, despite the team being empowered to make decisions, if those decisions aren't really acceptable by others because of uncertainty or complexity, it gets dropped too soon.

      Avantages

      - The company culture is unbeatable. The management really takes care of staff, always listens to our concerns and try to give the best for employees. - Office politics is non existent. Feels like working with friends, not colleagues (in the best way). Even the founders are down to earth and will have casual lunch with the team. - Prospect for career growth is there, and management will champion for your growth by investing in training for you based on what your career goals are. - Flexible working hours and on a hybrid model. company is more focused on deliverables. communication is really important

      Inconvénients

      the only cons is the workload. As it is a small company, you will be expected to take on a lot of tasks. could be stressful but you will learn a lot.
