      Avantages

      Commission based work means you develop a strong work ethic and an eye for sales. Some very effective sales people around who are good to learn from.

      Inconvénients

      Pretty awful sales environment. Very aggressive and focussed on KPIs. Senior staff can be very aggressive if you're not meeting your KPIs. Environment can change from pleasant to unpleasant very quickly indeed!

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Inconvénients

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Inconvénients

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
