* During my time there, I noticed a shift away being Product/Eng focused company to a Sales driven one. As a result, product and engineering have become a support function to Sales. The product culture has declined under the current CPO.

* Inexperienced middle management (Group and Director levels) results in rampant micromanagement and overemphasis on specific ways of working (that are non-industry standard) over results
* While Diversity is one of their values, 'diversity of thought' is discouraged. For example, management is not receptive to ideas that employees may have from previous work experience and instead doubles down on processes that don't work
