      Openness, freedom to take decision, room for growth

      Inconvénients

      Management took several wrong decisions (incl. M&A), and does not listen to the people in the company who knows the business. Resultat cost cutting, layoffs, decline in sales and profit

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Inconvénients

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
