Avantages
As any other employer there is pros and cons. Flexibility and Vacations is for sure a good point as you got 6 weeks.
Inconvénients
I didn't see much cons in my team. Maybe generally speaking the It system is a bit obsolete as it's really old and Sometimes very slow.
