      Avantages

      Micromanaging was not an issue. You were paired with an experienced technician and sent for jobs. There are reviews and if you're not performing tasks to standard, they will sit down and have a chat with you to try to help improve your work.

      Worked with some really good engineers. Learned a lot working there.
