      Avantages

      Was able to learn how things were done back in the 70's.

      Inconvénients

      Very little internal structure. No real career growth plan. Upper management fights between groups and have an unwillingness to work together.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
