      Avantages

      Due to staffing on the support side (small, team of under 10) you get exposed to a lot, so can learn a lot, when you are not fire fighting to keep 5-12 year old computers running that is.

      Inconvénients

      Staffing and managements lack of investment in support staff or keeping equipment that is still under support contracts. Lack of support from management team (pxi boot, old equipment, pulling teeth asking for help, just very combative environment within IT).       Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
