      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication between admin and workers. Lack of support within a team Favouritism by supervisors. Only a few caring supervisors. Lack of training. No COALA. Always increasing health care premiums. No empathy for disposable employees.

      Avantages

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Inconvénients

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
