      great 401k if vested Collective Bargaining Unit centrally located

      Inconvénients

      after a pandemic, we struggle to maintain the work of 2-3 nurses. travelers are paid 3x the amount staff makes. criticized more than complimented. during the covid peak, no hazard pay, and were asked to return to work ASAP after being infected by covid.

      Avantages

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Inconvénients

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
