      -Great work environment -Nice people -Very generous with regards to taking time off -Take care of their empoyees with regards to health care and work out incentives -Provide free treats occasionally, but always have coffee, snacks, and treats for a small price -Give their employees a work area that is as comfortable and practical as possible
