      Avantages

      - I met great people that I love to this day. - Variety of channels used to respond to customers (Phone, E-mail, Chat). - Free GameFly account. - Small customer service team. It provided a sense of camaraderie.

      Inconvénients

      - Working on weekends and overtime around holidays. - Pay was mediocre for the industry, but the amount of my raise after a year felt insulting. - Some reps valued speed more than quality and the metrics only reinforced this attitude. - A lot of reliance on your specific Lead's philosophy of how to handle certain issues. - It seems as if the upper management was more worried about advertising than investing in the company's infrastructure. - No room to move up without someone leaving the company.

      Avantages

      company takes care of you good medical and dental great vacation hours everyone for the most part is friendly yearly bonus and Christmas bonus and yearly drawings for prizes 401k reimbursement for schooling and gym I miss being apart of the company you fall in love working for this company

      Inconvénients

      it can get really slow the managers seem to not be anything more than babysitters and no one keeps track of them there is no connection through out company warehouses seem more pitted against each other as well as no one warehouse does things the same upper management seems content with a declining customer base not a lot of opportunity to grow
