      Top management underestimates management and processes. They will demand delivering something right now cutting the edges instead of spending more time or budgets to build the system. People management initiatives are always in beta and never released.

      Avantages

      This role had lots of benefits, from the great office location to the amazing teammates there. The office environment was amazing and colleagues always made coming to work enjoyable. The game content was also fun and interesting to translate and every day had new experiences, which was unlike the monotony in so many other jobs I've had.

      Inconvénients

      Workloads could be all over the place. Either terribly busy or nearly nothing for the day.
