The team is talented, and the projects provide opportunities to learn and grow technically. Exposure to different stakeholders and systems is valuable for building experience.
Inconvénients
Communication with the management can be challenging at times, as expectations and priorities are not always clearly conveyed. This can make it difficult to understand what success looks like or how performance is being evaluated. More structured communication and clearer direction would greatly improve teamwork and morale.
