None at all they have very poor communication skills, extremely broken English. There isn’t a single pro to working here

2nd hand English No high ticket miles until after main driver complains If your co driver quits you will not be paid to deliver him back to Florida They take $300 out of each check for escrow even if that’s all you had for the week they’ll leave you at $0 After leaving the company they’ll withhold your last check and escrow for 45 days. Each load was about 860 mi My longest load after codriver/lead driver complained was 2294 mi After that only one load came out past 1000
