A motivating and hard working culture here in the office with opportunities to grow into upper level positions. The management team brings together a strong core of motivated people who truly invest in each other. There is a competitive nature here, but it is a family atmosphere. I've been working with Blair since 2012 now and have recently seen another promotion out to Seattle. It is a breath of fresh air from my previous position.

The company does deal with large clients and the people who excel quickly have good social skills. This would not be a great career move for someone who is shy or wants to be stuck doing the same thing day in and day out.

This company goes out of its way to hide the reality of the job. What they're mass hiring for are people to sell door-to-door. When I accepted the job, the first thing that i was asked was how much I wanted to get paid, and I said I wanted to wait and talk about salary after meeting the company. Why would they even ask a question like that if they're going to just pay you off door-to-door commissions. During my in person interview I expressed a strong negative view on the door-to-door process and yet I was hired anyway. Why would they do that? Go look at the their website and social media, nothing hints anything a out door-to-door selling. This is a company that's been ae to get by with replacing the word 'sales' with marketing. They also spam the phrase 'growth' and 'you like to make money right?' by saying there are levels you can climb, but you're just going door-door at any level, so it's like a MLM in that way. They also go by the name Future Innovations Group.
