      Avantages

      Work hours are precisely controlled and managed for non-management employees. As a member of the design team, I haven't had to do any unpaid work or overnight work which can be common in some design agencies. Since 2020, most employees work remotely. The company was quick in transferring to remote work and provided necessary infrastructure for employees.

      Inconvénients

      Some ageism and hierarchy, salary is decided by age. Work hours vary by which team/project you're in.

      - Good helpful team - interesting projects - no stress on a job - friendly manages - sometimes lunch for a company budget

      - I could not find any cons about this company, but it better for you to know Japanese language

      People moved too much and too often from one project to another or from one department mot another.
