      Avantages

      Fun work environment, coworkers were cool.

      Inconvénients

      Poor AC conditions, there were lots of scheduling conflicts, no support from management. Management was also micromanaging at times. They weren’t good bosses and focused on things that didn’t really matter.

      Documented coaching process. They've been around forever so they have a good process for how to run things. Classes and lesson plans run smoothly,

      For the location I was at, not really any cons.
