      Thank you for your feedback. Our hybrid work arrangements have been in place for some time and enable our teams to find a balance between peer-to-peer interaction and focussed work periods. Salaries for our team are reviewed regularly and are commensurate with prevailing market rates, and everyone is welcome to discuss any concerns they have regarding remuneration with their manager.       Avantages

      Always paid on time which is important.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is very low, despite claims about being "inline with industry standards". Talking to managers doesn't work. Outside of the less than CPI increase each year, there is no scope for improvement. This has been the feedback from the employees for the last few years and yet nothing has changed.
