      Avantages

      I Mark Mosley have 3 years experience in shuttle bus driving. I've worked at FedEx for 2 years as an driver. I'm an very hard worker that learns quickly. I know how to read labels to get the correct packaging and shipments to the correct department. I'm an team player that very observant. I really take pride in my work.

      Inconvénients

      My cons are I live in Brooklyn. That's why I will have to leave my house 2 hours earlier, to get to work on time. That's why I asked for the night shift because it's less traffic.

      Avantages

      What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

      Inconvénients

      No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
